I am a young, interdisciplinary artist based in Seattle, currently working to finish my Bachelor of Fine Arts. I developed my love and skill for art making throughout high school, and attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago for two years, where I developed traditional methods of painting and drawing, learned comic making and bookbinding techniques, and gained experience participating in two group exhibitions. 

Now back in Seattle, I am producing a new serialized web-comic, and exploring textile crafts such as appliqué and hand embroidery.

My practice aims to reach across a wide range of different media and techniques in order to explore and document my identity as a black, queer person in a tumultuous modern world.
